An integrated industrial model, designed for site efficiency
Q4 S.r.l. is an Italian company specializing in load-bearing structures and EPC solutions for photovoltaics, based in Busto Arsizio (VA). It was founded to meet a real market need: eliminating inefficiencies and interface risks that arise when the supply of structures and the execution of works are entrusted to different parties.
Our integrated construction model
We cover with flexibility both ground-mounted plants and rooftop structures, bringing together three skills that normally remain separate:
- Dedicated mounting systems. Supply of single-axis trackers and fixed-tilt ground structures, as well as roof anchoring solutions for flat roofs and industrial pitched roofs.
- EPC General Contractor. Turnkey delivery, from detailed engineering through to grid connection.
- Technical-operational synergy. Direct, coordinated management of material procurement, detailed engineering, and site safety.
An asset-light organization, supported by a qualified supply chain
Our organizational structure eliminates fixed costs without giving up control: coordination stays firmly in-house, while execution relies on a network of selected partners, proven and strengthened over time.
- Q4 strategic hub. Steering and management center: system engineering, project management, and strict control of project KPIs.
- Long-standing execution partners. Established network of companies for piling and ballasting, structure assembly, civil works, and electrical cabling.
- Key supplies and BOS. Framework agreements for primary components (modules, inverters) and secondary ones (MV/LV cables, switchboards, SCADA systems).
